Full Job Description
We seek a dynamic and innovative digital marketing specialist to lead the company's advertising and marketing efforts by pitching creative concepts, creating brand standards, planning advertisements, monitoring campaigns, and ensuring consistent creatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
Evaluate trends, assess new data, and up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
Execute, analyze, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads including display advertising.
Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
Ensure all published content meets the brand's standards for accuracy, grammar, tone, and quality
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
At least 3-year work experience in a digital marketing/creative role
Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
Strong interpersonal skills and good command of English
Knowledgeable in key areas of digital marketing
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
2. Email Marketing
3. Social Media Marketing
4. Paid Ads/Media Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
Own work equipment (laptop or desktop PC) with WINDOWS Operating System (OS)
Stable internet connectivity
USB noise-canceling headset
Can start immediately and work in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Starts with $5/hour | Weekly pay
Minimum of 25 hours a week until transitioned to full-time hours
